This was one beautiful document. Really, a work of art. I think your conclusions were right on track…GREAT GREAT job. They will be thrilled.
Rose, I just wanted to let you know that the report looked great. It was an awful lot of information to put into a nice concise summary. Thanks again for your work on this project.
Wow, this is really good stuff. Of all the market research studies and reports I’ve reviewed, this is by far the best. [Market Research Firm] really nailed the objectives.
Thanks for the encouraging comments. I also want to give credit to Rose Krial-Victor who wrote the report with me. I could not have pulled it off in quite this way without her.
We had a launch readiness meeting yesterday. People beyond marketing – medical, operations, people who manufacture, communications, sales operations, etc. [Colleague and Colleague] had separate presentations. I could see this research all over their presentations. Thank you!
Many thanks again for pitching in with the last-minute study for [End Client]. The clients were appreciative of the work, particularly as they investigate the deal in [country] this week. They were grateful at the speed and detail that we were able to pull off in short order. From the business development lead at [End Client] we heard, ‘Really good work for today. Thank you for the quick turnaround. Exactly what we need heading into Friday’s meeting.’ After the presentation, they discussed next steps and strategy – how this information impacts the potential deal. The findings gave them clarity for next steps.
I just want to express a note of thanks for the work to deliver the phase 1 summary last Friday. I had an important meeting this morning where we discussed [treatment area] and I was able to use some of the flow slides to discuss some of the uncertainties that we are seeking to better understand through this research. It was a great tool to spark discussion. So, thank you!
Rose, you the gal! This thank you from Leesa goes mostly to you, for pulling the topline and flow all together a day after you finished your interviews. Thinking while doing – so efficient, and thank you from me.
Hey Rose – just wanted to send a quick note of HUGE thanks for helping with the report changes yesterday. I was not expecting my sick/rest day to take as urgent of a turn as it did, but knowing you would be involved was a massive comfort to me when I had to disappear yesterday afternoon…In any case, really appreciate all that you do on the regular for us – but even more so in the crazier moments! Thank you so much!”
“Thank you again for your patience and again, amazing job during yesterday’s pilot day!!! The whole team thought it went super well and was really helpful to see in person. And Rose – HUGE shout out to your moderating! We were all so impressed with how you navigated the changes/interviews in general. There were multiple times where we wanted to ask a follow up question and you read our minds through the glass and immediately asked it!
Great work, Rose! The team seems really satisfied with the interview. It’s rare for anyone to get kudos like that from [Pharmaceutical End Client]. They usually have some criticism, even when they’re happy.
Your interviewing was great; in this very technical area, you sounded like a doctor.
Thanks for the outstanding work on the [product] project. I know the team is really happy with the interviews – that matters most – and I have been blown away by the quality of your interviewing. You’re just great.
Excellent! This [report] is just what I needed. It nicely captures our discussions and what the team heard these last two weeks. The team was very pleased with the project! Thanks again to your team for all the hard work on this project. Special thanks to Rose for the fantastic job moderating – your understanding of our approach and business issues made the interviews very informative and revealing.
Rose did a terrific job with [Client Company] on the telegroups. [Client] and [Client], the product manager, thought she was great, and they don’t give that away. This was particularly key since: 1. respondents were people who are currently drinking heavily – some of whom were tough respondents, and 2. Rose started moderating this after Margie had already worked closely with the team and they reached a comfort level with her.
I just wanted so say great job today! [Client] was clearly pleased with the quality of the report and the TDIs you conducted. I think your work on the qual can really help inform the quantitative survey.
Hi Rose. Just got off the phone with [Market Research Account Lead] and I wanted to let you know she was raving about you, and she said so were [Client and Client Team]! She said she was really impressed by your moderation, your tenacity, your ability to be tough but with a smile on your face, your attention to detail, and your hard work on this project. Thanks again for doing such a great job on [Project] – as I mentioned, it’s already helped us to secure at least one, if not two, new projects with [Client].”
It’s been great working together. You’ve always been someone I could count on for AE reporting to be done right.”
Excellent working with you, Rose! I have so enjoyed learning from your moderating and analysis style (and your style in general). …I hope we can work together again.”
Rose, thank you for bringing on board your researcher enthusiasm, moderator excellence, [Tracking Project] experience, and multiple myeloma expertise. Your notes are a treasure and your quick feedback on on-the-go insight requests thoroughly appreciated.
[in response to data analysis template and topline] “As always, you saved our bacon by doing this. The team is stretched a bit thin across projects and deliverables and this was a huge help. THANK YOU. Thanks also for your patience and collaboration in getting the guide to a productive place, and flexing interviews as we go, to get what is needed. If we don’t say it enough, we appreciate you.
Everyone around here will tell you that I am very critical. Did you guess? And I am just loving having you on this project. …I think you did an amazing job coming up to speed quickly on the project, with all the new learnings. This is not an easy topic or team, and you very quickly came to understand the treatment area, their drug, and objectives that needed to be met. I was also very impressed by the way that you came up with ideas initiated by [Client] for presenting the data. I think those ideas worked out super….When you sent me the report draft, I noticed right away that you had a great understanding of the data and you clearly knew the key findings to present as well as the sub-points of interest. The data in the report was right on. Oh, also, thanks for picking up the mistakes that [Colleague] and I missed in the first version.
Congrats again on the new job. The independent world, and I especially, will miss having you as a go-to resource for freelance partnership. However, I am delighted that you would like to bring us along to your new position. That is very much appreciated, not only because of the business opportunity, but because you’re just fun and a delight to work with.
I just got some positive words back from [Business Development Account Lead] about our effort on this study. I just wanted to say that your work really made it happen. Thank you for all you did and sacrificed to deliver a great product. I enjoyed working with you. I told [Business Development Account Lead] that it was a great team effort.
I’ve absolutely loved working with you. I’m in awe of your depth of knowledge in the complex world that is oncology, your attention to detail and your wicked sense of humor that kept me sane during Q4! I look forward to working with you again very soon.”
I am hoping, given your excellent review of the last guide, that you might not mind and would have some time to review the [Project] discussion guide prior to my sending it to [Market Research VP/Project Lead]. I mainly want your eyes on it because you have your finger on the pulse of the analysis needs better than anyone. Thanks so much for being on top of everything. Of course, that is what Rose does, but nevertheless, thanks for being Rose!”
